Established in 1994, PPL began by planting its roots in Baton Rouge to service clients in the surrounding areas. As the company began to thrive and grow, it expanded further into Louisiana and into the Texas market. We are proud to now have three offices located in Baton Rouge, Houma and The Woodlands to service clients across the Gulf South.
